are only a part of what Ginna Sanders has continued 
to offer her clients for the past sixteen years. 
She also knows that one of the most important aspects
 is to listen to the needs of her clients.
As a resident of Alamogordo since 1978, Ginna provides both a 
resident's knowledge and a professional's expertise whether you
are a buyer looking for a special requirement
or a seller with a specific time frame.

Civic involvement is a high priority for Ginna.   
  She is member of the
Alamogordo  Chamber of Commerce.
She is the Past Chair of the Promotion Board
for the City of Alamogordo.
She is also a member of the White Sands Rotary Club &
a member of the Building Contractors Association of Otero County.
 
   
Married to Dave for Thirty-two years, she is the proud mother 
of two children and three granddaughters.
 Ginna loves fishing, computers, reading, and various
craft projects.  She and Dave share their home with   
 three puppies, Mocha, DD and Lady,
 and "Hisser" a spunky cockatiel.
Her professional goal is to provide reliable service to all clients
 as she specializes in residential properties.
